Steps:
Click the Manager link.
Step 1Click the Knowledge Paths link.
Step 2Click the Create path button.
Step 3Click in the Name field.
Step 4Enter the desired information into the Name field. Enter "Office Basics".
Step 5Click the Path Categories list.
Step 6Click the MSOffice category.
Step 7Allow users to self enroll.
Click the User can Self Enroll option.
Step 8Save the knowledge path.
Click the Save button.
Step 9Add activities to the knowledge path.
Click the Activities link.
Step 10Click the Add icon for the activity.
Step 11Click the Browse button next to the Title Properties field.
Step 12Select the content object you want to add to the activity.
Click the Basic Word Skills content object.
Step 13Click the Select button.
Step 14Click the Save button.
Step 15Click the Back to Activities button.
Step 16Add another activity to the Office Basics knowledge path on the same level as the Basic Word Skills activity.
Click the Add icon for the activity.
Step 17Click the Browse button next to the Title Properties field.
Step 18Select the content object you want to add to the activity.
Click the Basic Excel Skills content object.
Step 19Click the Select button.
Step 20Click the Save button.
Step 21Return to the Office Basics knowledge path page.
Click the Back to Activities button.
