After completing this topic, you will be able to change Print It! publishing options.
Steps:
Publish the Creating and Opening Documents section for the Player.
Step 1Publish the selected content using the File menu.
Click the File menu.
Step 2Click the Publish command.
Step 3Publish to the default publishing destination.
Click the Next > button.
Step 4Continue setting the publishing options.
Click the Next > button.
Step 5Click the Next > button.
Step 6Click the Continue button.
Step 7Choose the desired deployment option.
In this example, click the Player and LMS option.
Step 8Change the Print It! format to a System Process Document.
Click the Format for Print It! mode list.
Step 9Click the System Process list item.
Step 10Exclude all topic screenshots from the Print It! document.
Click the Include Screenshot list.
Step 11Click the None list item.
Step 12We have scrolled down to display the rest of the Print It! options.
Notice that the default Output format for Print It! is HTML Web Page.
Step 13Publish the Player deployment.
Click the Publish button.
Step 14The Publishing Process begins publishing the Player Package.
Step 15When the publishing is complete, click the link to launch the local player.
Click the C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Documents\User Productivity Kit\Publishing Content\PlayerPackage\Play.exe link.
Step 16Click the Changing the Page Setup topic.
Step 17View the Print It! document for the topic.
Click the Print It! button.
Step 18Click the scroll bar to display the Procedure page.
Step 19Notice that the procedure does not include screenshots. Close the Print It! tab.
Click the Close button.
Step 20Close the Player window.
Click the Close button.
Step 21Click Finish to close the Publishing Complete dialog box.
Click the Finish button.
