After completing this topic, you will be able to link an attachment to a topic frame.
Steps:
Select the frame to which you want to link an attachment.
Click the first F frame.
Step 1Click the View menu.
Step 2Point to the Panes menu.
Step 3Click the Frame Link command.
Step 4Link the Existing doc msg web page to the frame.
Click the Create link button.
Step 5Browse to the location in the Library where the web page you want to link is located. In this example, the web page is in the Content/Attachments folder.
Double-click the Content folder.
Step 6Double-click the Attachments folder.
Step 7Select the web page you want to link.
Click the Existing doc msg web page.
Step 8Click the OK button to close the Insert Hyperlink dialog box.
Step 9Click in the Name field in the next blank row to add another hyperlink to the same frame.
Step 10Link a package graphic file to the same frame.
Click the Create link button.
Step 11Change the file type to display packages.
Click the Type list button.
Step 12Click the Packages type.
Step 13Open the package in which the graphic is located.
Double-click the Graphics2 package.
Step 14Select the package file you want to link.
Click the Open.png file.
Step 15Click the Open button.
Step 16Notice that both of the linked documents are displayed in the pane.
The word "Link" and an icon are added as default items. These can be changed as desired.
Step 17Notice the icons for each attachment link in the bubble.
