Steps:
You want to automatically record screenshots and sound at the same time. Change the options to automatic recording with sound.
Click the Tools menu.
Step 1Click the Options command.
Step 2Click the Recorder category.
Step 3Select the automatic recording option.
Click the Automatically record screenshots option.
Step 4Enable sound recording with topic recording.
Click the Record sound with topic option.
Step 5Change the Pause key.
Click the Sound pause key list.
Step 6Change the pause key to F6.
Click the F6 list item.
Step 7Save the changes and close the Options dialog box.
Click the OK button.
Step 8Start the topic recording.
Click the Record Topic button.
Step 9Notice the instructions in the Recorder.
In automatic recording with sound, you press PrintScreen three times.
The first PrintScreen starts the sound recording.
The second PrintScreen starts recording the the topic steps.
The third PrintScreen ends the recording.
Step 10Click the WordPad title bar to activate the application window.
Step 11Press PrintScreen to start the sound recording for the Introduction frame.
Press [PrintScreen].
Step 12The Recorder disappears. Record the audio for the Introduction frame.
For example, "In this topic, you will learn how to wrap text to the ruler or window."
Step 13The Deskband displays in the Windows taskbar. If you have hidden your taskbar, point to the bottom of the screen to make it visible.
Point to the bottom of the screen.
Step 14The Deskband appears in the taskbar. The VU meter in the deskband indicates your sound amplification. Use the other buttons in the deskband to pause and restart the sound recording and open the Recording Control dialog box.
Step 15Press PrintScreen to start the topic recording.
Press [PrintScreen].
Step 16Record the audio for the first step.
For example, "Click the View tab."
Step 17Perform the action for the first step.
Click the View tab.

Step 19Perform the action for the step.
Click the Word wrap list item.

Step 22Record the audio for the End frame.
For example, "The text in the WordPad window wraps to the ruler."
Step 23Press PrintScreen to end the recording.
