Steps:
The Permission column shows that you have Modify rights to the documents in this folder.
Step 1Open the Charts folder.
Click the Charts list item.
Step 2The Permission column shows that you have List rights to the documents in this folder.
Step 3Open one of the topics in the Charts folder.
Double-click the Changing the Plot Direction list item.
Step 4The message says that you do not have permission to open the document.
Click the OK button to close the Insufficient Permissions message box.
Step 5Open the Worksheet Appearance folder.
Click the Worksheet Appearance list item.
Step 6The Permission column shows that you have Read rights to the documents in this folder.
Step 7Check out a topic.
Click the Using the Comma Style list item.
