Steps:
Hyperlink the word "Portrait" in the Orientation section to a package item.
Double-click the word Portrait to select it.
Step 1Click the Hyperlink button.
Step 2Browse to the location in the Library where the target document is stored. The document we are linking is in the Content/Attachments folder.
Click the Browse button.
Step 3It is at this point that you would choose the type of hyperlink target you want to use, either Document in Library or URL.
The link we are creating is to a document in the Library. This option is already selected.
Step 4Double-click the Content folder.
Step 5Double-click the Attachments folder.
Step 6The default type shows both Packages and Web pages. You can change the Type to filter the list to display packages only or web pages only.
Step 7Open the package where the target document exists.
Double-click the Page Setup images package.
Step 8Click the Portrait.png file.
Step 9Click the OK button.
Step 10Click the OK button.
Step 11The presence of the hyperlink is indicated by the underlining of the selected text.
Step 12Link the word Landscape to the Landscape.png file in the Page setup images package.
Double-click the word Landscape to select it.
Step 13Click the Hyperlink button.
Step 14Browse to the location in the Library where the target document is stored.
Click the Browse... link.
Step 15Click the Landscape.png file.
Step 16Click the OK button.
