You can delete questions from an assessment at any time. This deletes the link to the question in the assessment but the question remains in the Library. 

To delete a question from an assessment:

1. Open the assessment.
    
2. Select one or more questions that you want to delete.
    
   You can select multiple documents using the standard Windows selection keys (CTRL+click and SHIFT+click).
    
3. From the Edit menu, choose  Delete Link to remove the linked question from the assessment.
    
4. Save the assessment.
