Steps:
Before modifying bookmarks in a template, it is a good idea to save your work. Then, if your syntax check fails, you can abandon the document and return to your saved version.
Click the Save button.
Step 1Delete the Last Changed by row from the Properties table.
Click in the Last Changed by row.
Step 2Under Table Tools, click the Layout tab.
Step 3In the Rows & Columns group, click Delete.
Step 4Click the Delete Rows command.
Step 5The table row with the LastChangedby bookmark is deleted.
Step 6Select the Trigger bookmark.
Click in the margin to the left of the Trigger bookmark to select the entire line and the paragraph mark.
Step 7Cut the selected bookmark and move it to the Properties table.
In the Clipboard group, click Cut.
Step 8Click in the second column in the Trigger row.
Step 9In the Clipboard group, click Paste to paste the bookmark.
Step 10You can easily move single bookmarks to other areas of the template. However, moving a bookmark nested within another bookmark may cause publishing problems.
Step 11Remove the extra paragraph mark at the end of the bookmark.
Press [Backspace].
Step 12We have selected the original Trigger label and the paragraph mark. Delete the selection.
Press [Delete].
