Modify Drive Enclosure, I/O Ports Tab

Displays the status of the Serial Attached SCIS (SAS) interfaces of the selected Drive Enclosures. No changes can be made from this panel.

Port

Lists the PHYs that are associated with the I⁠/O module port.

Phy State

Indicates the state of the PHY connection. A wide port has two or more of the PHY states indicate Link Up. A narrow port has only one PHY state is Link Up.

Possible states:

Link Up: Indicates that the PHY connection is functioning properly.
Link Down: Indicates that the PHY connection is disconnected.
Disabled: Indicates that the PHY connection is disabled.
Reset: Indicates that the system is resetting the PHY connection.

Negotiated Speed

Indicates the port transmission speed in Gigabits each second.

Maximum Speed

Indicates the maximum speed of the port.
