Modify the Drive Enclosure Comment

The Drive Enclosure comment is the descriptive text that is assigned to a Drive Enclosure. You can change or assign unique, meaningful comments to help you more easily locate specific Drive Enclosure components. The Drive Enclosure comment can be up to 255 alphanumeric characters.

1. Navigate to System > Hardware > Drive Enclosures.
2. Select a Drive Enclosure.
3. Select Actions > Modify.
4. In the Comment field, enter a string of text that describes the Drive Enclosure.
   You can enter up to 255 alphanumeric characters.
5. Click OK.
