If needed, you can modify the association of your volumes to your volume groups. For example, after you create a volume group you can move one or more logical volumes from an existing volume group to the new volume group.
As you assign LUNs
and possibly other volume groups to a selected volume group, Oracle FS System Manager (GUI) provides you with a preview of your selected change in the Volume Groups overview page.

From the Volumes tab, select a LUN to move.

Select a Volume Group entry to modify the hierarchical structure where your volume is a child of the selected parent.
Tip: To move the volume outside of all custom volume groups, select <none>.
