Run Controller Command

You might need to view information about a particular Controller. For example, you can obtain the fault management (FM) status of a Controller. The FM status provides details about a failed component.

1. Navigate to Support > System Trouble.
2. Select Actions > Run Controller Command.
3. Select a Controller from the list.
4. Enter the command in the Command Line field.
5. Enter any necessary variables in the Environment Variables field.
   Enter the variables in the form of variablename=value, where variablename is the environment variable and value is the text passed to the operating system that is running in the Controller.
6. Click Execute.
   The Command Output displays the results that are returned by the command that was executed.
