After you install the Oracle FS Virtual Disk Service Provider software, verify the installation. After you have verified the installation, you can register more Oracle FS Systems.
- Prerequisite
Installed Oracle FS Virtual Disk Service Provider software.
Use the Windows diskRAID program to verify that the Oracle FS Virtual Disk Service Provider software is installed on your workstation.
- Navigate to from your workstation.
- From the Open field, type diskraid.
- Click OK.
You are prompted to confirm access to your workstation.
- To continue, click Yes.
A new console window opens with the prompt DISKRAID>.
- From the command prompt, type list providers.
Verify that the VDS provider name is listed. If VDS provider name is not listed, install the software again, or contact your system administrator.
- To close the DISKRAID command window, type exit.
