Downloading the TCA

The Enterprise Time Clock Application must be downloaded to the site. This enables the TCA to be accessed at the POS. Until this step is performed, your organization is unable to use any of the TCA functions.

1. Log into Reporting and Analytics as Sys Admin, click Labor Management, and then click TCA Download.
2. Enter your Restaurant ID and Restaurant Password, and then click Next.

   The restaurant ID and password are the same ID and password that was sent during the initial download and installation of the RTA and provided in the Installation Email from the Reporting and Analytics Implementation Group. If you have lost or forgotten your restaurant ID and or password, see the Download Report. You can access the Download Report from Admin Reports in the More Reports page.

3. If the correct site name is shown on the page, click Download MICROS Timeclock to begin the download process.
