Removing Access to Areas Managed by Labor Management for Non-EM Locations

The Enterprise Time Clock Application requires some areas in the POS to be turned over for Labor Management access.
  1. In the POS Configurator, click Employees, and then click Configurator Access.
  2. For every employee class, remove Access Privileges for the following forms, and then click Save:
    • Employees | Employees

    • Employee | Jobs

    • Employee | Time and Attendance

    • Employee | Time Clock Schedule

    • Employee | Overtime Levels

  3. In the POS Configurator, click Employees, and then click Back Office Classes.
  4. Update the following options to None for all employee classes, and then click Save.
    • Employee Maintenance

    • Payroll Processing

    • Scheduling

    • Forecasting

    • System Configuration | Labor

    • System Configuration | LM Security & Privileges

    • System Configuration | Forecasting

    • System Configuration | Restaurant & Regional Settings | School Districts

  5. In the POS Configurator, click System, click Restaurant, and then click Options.
  6. Select Suppress changes in RVC Clk Out/In, and then click Save.
