Assign a Premium Pay Rule to a Location

  1. In Reporting and Analytics, click Labor Management, and then click Payroll Preprocessing.
  2. In Payroll Preprocessing, click Admin, and then click Premium Pay Rule Location Assignment.
  3. Select the locations to assign premium pay from the Location Selection pane, and then configure the following information:
    • Job Code Name: Select the job that will be governed by the premium pay.

    • Premium Pay Rule: Select the premium pay rule to apply for the job.

    • Effective From: Select the date from which the premium pay is effective for the job.

    • (optional) Effective To: Select the date the premium pay becomes inactive for the job.

  4. Click Save.
