Configuring the Organization for Payroll

  1. In Reporting and Analytics, click Labor Management, and then click Payroll Preprocessing.
  2. In Payroll Preprocessing, click Admin, and then click Organization Configuration.
  3. Select or deselect any of the fields.
  4. Enter appropriate information in the Overtime Pay Label and Overtime Hours Label fields.

    These fields have a default value. If you have enterprise labor, you cannot set the Overtime Pay Label and Overtime Hours Label fields to be blank.

  5. Click Save.
  6. If you made changes to the Overtime Pay Label or Overtime Hours Label fields, log out and log back in to see the changes on the Time Card Add/Edit page.
