Logging In to the Command Center

After you have been enrolled as a system administrator user and have set a password, you can log into the Command Center and access all of the application's functionality.

To log in to the Command Center

1. Start your Internet browser, and enter the URL for the Command Center.

   This URL was configured when Oracle Billing Insight was installed, for example

   https://localhost:7003/selfservice

   where:

   • localhost is the name of the Command Center application server.
   • 7003 is the port number of the Command Center application server.
2. On the Login Administrator page, enter the administrator ID and password, and click Submit.

   The Command Center Main Console appears, and you can begin working. If your account password is older than the configured number of days, then you must create a new password when prompted.

   If you try to enter an incorrect administrator ID or password more than the configured number of times that is allowed, then Oracle Billing Insight locks your account and you will need a new administrator user name and password.
