Configuring Suspend and Resume

1. In the EMC, select the revenue center, click Setup and RVC Parameters.
2. Click the Options tab.
3. Select 60 - Enable Suspend/Resume.
4. Click Save.
5. Select the Enterprise, property, or zone, click Configuration and Tender/Media.
6. Insert a record with the tender name.
7. Double-click the tender record.
8. On the General tab, in the Key Type field, select 2 - Service Total.
9. Click the Options tab and the Ops Behavior sub tab.
10. Select 74 - Suspend Order.
11. Click Save.
