Tracking Service Charge Transactions

You can identify service charge transactions (for example, gift card sales) that you want Enterprise Cash Management (ECM) to track.

1. In the EMC, select the Enterprise, zone, or property, click Configuration and Service Charges.
2. Double-click the service charge.
3. Select 28 - Cash Management Transaction Item to include the service charge record in Cash Management tracking and reporting.
4. Click Save.
