Configuring Menu Item Availability from the EMC

When a menu item has multiple definitions, changing the menu item availability from the Enterprise Management Console (EMC) affects all definitions.

  1. In the EMC, select the property or revenue center, click Configuration and Menu Item Availability.
  2. Change the Menu Item Status of the relevant item to 2 - Use Availability Settings.
  3. If you want to change the available count for a menu item, enter the count in the Count field.
  4. If you want to make an item unavailable, select Out of Item.
  5. Click Save.
