The function for splitting
a guest check has been extended for sales program SalesT3. It is now possible
to split the source table into up to four tables with additional buttons. The
target table is always the number of the source table with an additional seat
no. If there is a split into 4 tables for table 10, the table nos. 10.1, 10.2
and 10.3 are then generated. The GuestCheck can be split up for each table into
individual positions, into parts of a position and into money part amounts. All
positions can be transferred together or the remaining positions can be
transferred to a specified target table. GC splitting is finalised when key
<ST> has been depressed or when all positions from the source table have
been transferred to the target tables.
GC splitting is completed
in a guest bill by depressing the <GCSP> key. The sales program SalesT3
then offers the following buttons:
After depression of the
following keys up to 3 additional tables can be opened for split of the
GuestCheck.
<TABLEn> (splitting of a guest bill with a specific table)
Enter the table no. with this key if the positions
are to be transferred to a specific table.
<GCSPLIT2> (splitting of guest bill into two tables)
If this key is depressed, an additional table with
the number of the source table and the seat no. 1 is opened (e.g. 10 ->
10.1)
<GCSPLIT3> (splitting of guest bill into three tables)
After depression of this key two additional tables
will be opened with the number of the source table and seat nos.1 and 2 (e.g.
10 -> 10.1 and 10.2)
<GCSPLIT4> (splitting of a guest bill into four tables)
