Operator State List

This report provides an overview of the status of all the operators in the system.

After the report is called from the Basic Data option on the Report menu of the menu bar, you can then select the desired company, and/or branch, and/or operators in the selection window displayed on the screen. Note that the Pre sel. button should be deactivated if the list is to contain operators other than those displayed in the Operator Maintenance Program. Click on the Start button to produce the report.

The report will be produced on the selected output device.

The report contains the following data:

• Selection criteria
• Company
• Branch
• From/To operator

• Operator sorted in ascending order of operator number together with:
• Operator number and name
• Working status
• Account status
• Actual password
• Sign on date
• First sign-on
• Last sign-on
• Final sign-off
• Number of terminal where the operator is signed on.
• Name of terminal
• Account number
• PIN
