Search Status

Every data record has a particular status.

Via the search status, you can view the data records according to their status. This can be done by opening the window "Search status" and selecting the required search status.

There are the following four (three) statuses:

• All records
  There will be no selection because all records will be displayed.
• File for PDT created
  Only the files created for the PDT will be displayed.
• File loaded from PDT
  Only the files loaded in the MICROS Retail OSCAR POS application from the PDT will be displayed. This does not mean, however, that the data has already been adopted. This kind of selection is to be carried out via the next search status.
• Data taken over
  All records taken over in the MICROS Retail OSCAR POS application will be displayed. Taking over the data requires that the file has been loaded from the PDT.

As soon as you have selected the search status and clicked on the Search button, the MICROS Retail OSCAR POS application searches for all data records with this status.
