By clicking this
button, the Safe Declare procedure is completed. By use of the Safe Declare
procedure, the current accounting period is closed. An account period is the
time between two consecutive executions of this function. For each new account
period, the account period number is incremented by 1. Changing transactions
for a closed period is not possible.
After the button is
clicked, the question Are you sure ? will
appear. If yes, click OK. The next
question Switch OK ? is then
shown. If the safe is to be closed and a new account period number is to be
assigned, click the OK button.
This program is then ended. All further transactions will be posted to a new
account period.
