Print Delivery Note

Via this button, you start the delivery note print. After you have clicked the button, a selection window is opened in which you can select the

• Company,
• Branch,
• Delivery Note Numbers

Finally, define the output medium.

The original printout can be produced only once. This applies to both the output on the screen and via the printer. Attempts to print it a second time will be rejected with the message "Nothing in selection". A second printout can be started by activating the option Delivery Copy and starting the printout again. The copy will be marked by the line Delivery Copy. Copies can be produced in unlimited numbers. After the printout, the option Printed will be activated in the window "Customer Delivery".

The delivery note includes the following data:

• Customer
• Name
• Address
• Customer Number
• Delivery Note Number
• Receipt Positions
• Item Number
• Item Name
• VAT
• Number/Amount
• Single Price
• Discount
• Whole Item Price
• Sum to be paid incl. possible discounts/surcharges
• VAT Information
• Bank Account
