Menu Edit
In this menu, you can find menu commands with which
you can edit input fields and data records.

The following commands are available for
editing:
- Save
This command saves the current data record.
You can also execute this command using shortcut <CTRL+S> without having to open the menu. - Save + New
This command saves the current data record and then displays a clear input mask to allow you to enter the data for the next record.
You can also execute this command using key <F5 > without having to open the menu. - Save + Next
This command saves the current data record and then displays the next record of the search list in the input mask.
You can also execute this command using key <F6 > without having to open the menu. - Copy Field
This command is only to be executed after you have executed the command <Store + New>.
With this command, the field content of the previous data record is copied into every input field you are currently located in.
You can also execute this command using key <F7 > without having to open the menu.
With this command, you can accelerate the data input enormously by copying similar field contents of the previous data record. - Copy Object
Objects are data records such as the objects Item, Department, Branch etc. that are stored in the database under unique numbers.
With this command, the selected data record is stored in the database with all attributes and a different number.
You can also execute this command using shortcut <CTRL+O> without having to open the menu.
This command can only be executed after you have selected a data record, entered a new record number and confirmed it using <RETURN> key. - Copy Object Tree
An object tree is a data record with all linked tables.
With this command, the selected data record including all linked tables and with a new unique record number is stored.
This command can only be executed after you have selected a data record, entered a new record number and confirmed it using <RETURN> key.
You can also execute this command using shortcut <CTRL+R> without having to open the menu.
With this command, you can accelerate the data input enormously. Use this command when you e.g. establish another branch in which all or the major part of the data such as the stock table, profit centers and terminal parameters are identical. - Delete
The selected data record is deleted With this command,.
You can also execute this command using shortcut <CTRL+D > without having to open the menu.
The deletion of data records can only be carried out under certain conditions. For example, it is not possible to delete an operator if there are still turnover data for this operator.
Every invalid attempt will be rejected with a corresponding error message. With this message, you can find out which data has to be deleted to be able to finally delete this data record. - Undo
With this command, the previous entries are undone
You can also execute this command using key <Esc > without having to open the menu. - Delete Detail
