Menu Object
In this menu you can find object-related menu
commands, i.e. commands referring to the object data record, e.g. the object
item which has been stored in the database as a data record.

The menu commands in the menu Object can also be
activated via the tool bar.

The following commands are available in the
tool bar:
- Search
This command searches for objects (data
records) according to the search criteria.
Any permissive entry in one or more input fields in the related update
program can be used as a search criterion.
You can also execute this menu command by pressing the <F4> key
without having opened the menu Object. Alternatively, you can click on
the button in the tool bar:
Search
- Print
With this command, you open a selection
mask for printing the base data.
You can also execute this menu command by pressing the <Strg>+<P>
shortcut without having opened the menu Object. Alternatively, you can click on
the button in the tool bar:
Print
- New
With this command, all input fields in the
current input mask are cleared. Entries in the list window remain existent
after the command has been executed. In this way, you can add multiple
search results to the search list.
You can also execute this menu command by pressing the <Strg>+<N>
shortcut without having opened the menu Object.
- Discard List
This command clears the entire input mask
incl. all entries in the list window.
You can also execute this menu command by pressing the <F2> key.
Alternatively, you can click on the button in the tool bar:
Clear
Mask
- Remove from List
This command removes the currently
selected data record from the list of found entries in the list window.
You can also execute this menu command by pressing the <F3> key
without having opened the menu Object.
- Transaction
In various update programs (e.g. Order),
this command starts the execution of a transaction (confirmation).
You can also execute this menu command by pressing the < Strg>+<T>
shortcut without having opened the menu Object.
Alternatively, you can click on the button in the tool bar:
Execute
- End
This command ends the current update
program.
You can also execute this menu command by pressing the <Strg>+<E>
shortcut without having opened the menu Object. Alternatively, you can click on
the button in the tool bar:
End
