Notes on the Parameter "PCDivisor"

The parameter P[rofit]C[enter]Divisor can be used

The default value of the parameter PCDivisor is 0.

If the PCDivisor = 0, all incoming DD bookings will be booked on the tables of the profit center to which the DD is connected.

If the PCDivisor is greater than 0, the profit center number of the incoming table booking will be calculated.

·  PCDivisor: 100

·  Table no. transferred by the DD: 234

Calculation for the identification of the profit center on the table of which the drink is to be booked:
234 / 100 = 2,34. The digit before the comma is the profit center number.

Example:

If a DD booking cannot be ascertained (client is offline, the calculated profit center is not valid etc.), the booking transaction will be booked on the profit center to which the DD is connected.

Configuration:

Notes:
If the SALESDEBUG is activated, you can see the following:

  1. The booking coming from the DD is for the profit center to which the DD is connected (here: Profit center 1)
  2. The booking coming from the DD is for another profit center (here: Profit center 2), i.e. there is an internal transfer from ProcUnit 4 to ProcUnit 11.
