Sale or Return
"Sale or returns" are sales transactions within
which the customer takes items home from the shop to either give them back or
buy them later. This booking type is customer-related and applies to the entire
receipt.
For this kind of booking, the following two operation types
have to be created in the update program Parameters -> Misc. Params -> Operation type.
- Category "Sale or Return"
This operation mode is needed for booking sale or returns if the customer
wants to take the item home. This kind of booking is customer-related and
applies to the entire receipt. The booking of a sale or return is to be
carried out via the keyboard event <SOR> or <SORn>
(n= Number of the operation mode) or <fSOR>as a preset key.
The parameter "Book Store" must be activated for the
operation types "Sale or return" and "Sale or return
return". In the field "Days to return Goods", you can enter
a value to define how long the customer will be allowed to keep the item.
- Category " Sale or Return return"
This operation mode is needed for booking sale or return returns. The
booking transaction "Sale or return return" is
customer-related and applies to the entire receipt. Outside of a receipt,
the booking of a Sale or Return return is to be carried out via the
keyboard event <SOR> or <SORn> (n= Number of the
operation mode) or <fSOR> as a preset key.

Select a customer via the <CUSTOMER>
key and book the required item. After the subtotal calculation via "ST",
the "Sale or Return" key has to be pressed. An
appropriate key with the event <SOR> or <SORn>
(n= Number of the operation mode) or <fSOR>as a preset key
must have been configured on the keyboard. Close the operation with a
payment type.
- Sale or return return
Select a customer via the <CUSTOMER>
key. Press the key " Sale or return return ". An
appropriate key with the event <SOR> or <SORn>
(n= Number of the operation mode) or <fSOR>as a preset key
must have been configured on the keyboard.
All sales or returns assigned to the customer will be displayed in a
selection window. Select a sale or return and close the operation with a
payment type.
