From version 1.6 on, MICROS Retail OSCAR POS can be installed in WIN 98 as a login client (Administration terminal).
Attention!
Windows 98 can only be used as the administration terminal, i.e. the access
to an own client or server database is impossible in WIN98.
After the installation, only the command oscar installOCX has to be executed, and the file oscar.cmd has to be renamed oscar.bat in the work directory.
