Remarks on the Program Function

By use of this program you can maintain the data for the Automated Label Print, i.e. create new data records, delete or modify existing data. You can also view existing data for information purposes.

Automated Label Print:

The parameter settings in the system can be configured in a way that with any modification of particular basic data, a data record for a later label print is created automatically, e.g. after the price of an item has been changed. The created data records can be printed at a later point of time by use of the update program Label Batch. The update program Label Batch can be entered via the update program Branch.

The following files can be used for the parameter settings:

You can define for every field of one of these files that a data record for the label print is to be created when changes are made.

Example:
Automated label print from change of the standard item price.

This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these basic data

Just like in almost any other program:


Company

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999

Enter the number of the company for which you would like to edit the label trigger. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.


Shelf label no.

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999

Enter the label number for which you would like to edit the label trigger. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.


Position no.

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999

Enter the position number with which this label trigger is to be stored in the system.

When creating a new record, enter a free number in the Primary Key Fields.

For modifications or deletions, call the data record by entering the number in the primary key fields. If you do not know the numbers, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.


Filename

Do not enter a file name in this field but select the permitted file name via the Search Function.

The following file names can be selected:


Fieldname

Do not enter a field name in this field. Use the Search Function to select the required field name for the selected file. The field names for the internal input field description (attribute) of the files can be found in the following lists.
