Outworker Delivery

Remarks on the Program Function
By use of this program, you can maintain data of the outworker deliveries, i.e. create new records, modify or delete existing data. You can view already stored data for information purposes.
Notes:
- An outworker delivery is carried out, if there has been an Outworker Order beforehand.
- The order data on which the delivery is based is taken over from the outworker order. This requires that the outworker order has been finalized beforehand.
- Just like an outworker order, an outworker
delivery is only finished correctly by confirmation with
key after
saving your entries. The delivery is then characterized as Confirmed and cannot be changed. The
data can still be viewed, though. The related delivery positions can be
viewed via the button Outworker Order Positions. - An incomplete outworker order you would like to characterize as completed can be finalized via the option Close Order.
This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these basic data
Just like in almost any other program:
- The input mask may be different in your MICROS Retail OSCAR POS program depending on the set-up of the application. In some cases some data fields may be missing.
- Some input fields may contain default values or defined selection options; these cannot be updated.
- The input mask contains some fields that require an entry and others in which entries are optional.
- If the data record is updated via multi-page input masks, go to the dialog window by clicking on the appropriate buttons with <Mouse key 1>.
- The same procedure applies to call up another update program from this program.
- In some cases you may find that so-called "Switches" which - depending on the default - can be activated or deactivated with <Mouse key 1>. Activated switches are identified by their dark color, deactivated switches are lighter-colored.
Company
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Select the number of the company on the level of which the outworker delivery takes place.
If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search Function.
Branch
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999
Enter the number of the branch to which the outworker delivery is directed.
Delivery Number
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999999
With a new outworker delivery, confirm this field by pressing the Enter key. In the course of the subsequent storage process, the system automatically generates the lowest free number.
For deletions and modifications, select the data record by entering the number in the primary key fields.
Operator
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999999
Displays the number of the signed-on operator.
Outworker No.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 -99999
Depending on the selected Outworker Order, this field displays the related number of the outworker.
Outworker Order No.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999999
Select the number of the outworker order for which you would like to edit a delivery.
If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search Function.
Delivery Date
Permitted input range: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)
Date of the delivery.
Delivery Time
Permitted input range: HHMMSS (hour, minute, second)
Time of the delivery.
Delivery Value
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 13 positions, max. 3 decimal digits
Displays the invoice value of the outworker delivery.
Close Order
Activated: With
the delivery, the order is closed.
Deactivated: The order is not
closed.
