Operator State List

This program provides an overview of the actual working status of the (selected) operators in the system.

After call up of the report from the dispatcher with Report basic data the user can make the appropriate selection from the information in windows showing company, branch and/or operator. Please remember to deactivate the switch pre.sel if the list is to include the data of other operators than the one shown. Then click on the button Start. Print/output is then possible as selected.

The report shows:

  • the header information (of branch, operator, program name, date, time, and selection criteria, etc.)
  • operator-related data (number, name) including
    • working status (e.g. "signed on"),
    • account status (e.g. "Without turnover"),

Note:

The report shows only data of those operators who have signed on at least once to the system.
