By use of this program you can update items for internal order, i.e. add new records, edit and delete the existing ones. You can also display the data on the screen for enquiry only.

Just like in almost any other program:
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 14 digits
Enter the no. of the stock item. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with the Search function.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
The number of the assortment can be entered in this field. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with the Search function.
Entry range permitted: decimal max. 11 digits with max. 3 decimal digits
Enter the order quantity of this article.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 8 pos.
The abbreviation of the quantity unit is shown in this field.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 999
The quantity unit of the item as stored in program Item is shown in this field. A different no. can be entered if another quantity unit is to be linked for this order. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with the Search function.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 40 pos.
A descriptive text can be entered here for the order position.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
The number and the name of the stock marked as purchase stock are displayed in this field. Another stock no. can be entered if the item is to be ordered from another stock. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected via the Search function.
