Remarks on the Program Function

By use of this program, you can maintain the data of the Outworker (= repair business) for repairs, i.e. create new records, modify or delete existing data. You can view already stored data for information purposes.

Outworkers are assigned to the repair type. Repair types are grouped in a Repair Group and assigned to a Department used for the booking of repair items.

Just like in almost any other program:


Company

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999

Enter the number of the company for which you would like to maintain the data of the outworker (= repair business). If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search Function.


Outworker

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999

Enter the number of the outworker.


Short Name

Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 20 chars.

Enter a descriptive short name for this outworker.


Name

Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 32 chars.

Enter a name for the outworker.


Address

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999999

When recording a new record, enter the number of the address you would like to assign to this company. If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search Function.

Addresses are maintained via the program Address.


Shipping Costs

Permitted input range: decimal, max. 12 positions, max. 2 decimal digits

Enter the amount to be charged as shipping costs from the customer with a repair order from this outworker.


MO - ready in ? Days

Permitted input range: numeric, 0 - 99

Enter the number of days needed for the repair if the repair order has been collected on a Monday.


TU – ready in ? Days

Permitted input range: numeric, 0 - 99

Enter the number of days needed for the repair if the repair order has been collected on a Tuesday.


WE – ready in ? Days

Permitted input range: numeric, 0 - 99

Enter the number of days needed for the repair if the repair order has been collected on a Wednesday.


TH – Ready in ? Days

Permitted input range: numeric, 0 - 99

Enter the number of days needed for the repair if the repair order has been collected on a Thursday.


FR – ready in ? Days

Permitted input range: numeric, 0 - 99

Enter the number of days needed for the repair if the repair order has been collected on a Friday.
