Remarks on program function

The data for status of export data to MICROS WFM (Workforce Management) for staff planning can be updated, i.e. created, changed or deleted, with ths program. Data which has already been stored can be displayed.

Data is exported to MICROS WFM with the following reports;

· Operator time recording on WFM

· Turnover time recording on WFM

· Time period values to WFM

· Repeat operator period recording WFM

The export data can be exported as a file to the directory required.

Note:
Please note that the periods are stored in the system with program Application -> Organisation -> Time periods and that the option “Day” is set in the statistics parameters Parameter -> Misc.Params. -> Statistics parameter) for the statistics " TimeTurnProC".

The option "Time period statistics” must be set for all items where the turnover data is to be recorded in the statistics. This can be executed in program Application -> MICROS WFM -> Parameter WFM with report "Set item period stat.".

Remarks on data fields

All options available for update of the basic data have been described below.

As with nearly all programs the following also applies here:

The entry mask in the application program may differ for this program. Some data fields may be missing
There may be some defaults or firmly defined selection options for some data fields. These cannot be updated in the current program.
The entry mask contains fields where entry is optional and fields with enforced entry defined.
If the data record is updated over several pages of entry masks, the dialog window is reached by clicking onto the appropriate button with <Mouse key 1>.
The same procedure also applies to call-up of another update program from this program.
In some cases, you may find so-called "Switches" which are activated or deactivated by the user with <Mouse key 1> depending on the setting. Activated switches have a dark top, deactivated switches are lighter.

Company

Entry range permitted: numeric, 1 - 9999

Enter the no. of the company for which the status data is to be updated.

If changes or deletions are necessary the data record can be called up from a number entry in the key fields. An unknown data record can be selected via the Search function.

Branch

Entry range permitted: numeric, 1 - 99999

Enter the no. of the branch for which the status data is to be updated.

Branches are linked to the company.

Category

Field with firmly defined selection options

The system offers the following selection criteria:

Without selection
All data records are displayed.
Export operator comes/goes
All data records for operator comes/goes are displayed.
Export turnover in time period
All data records for turnover per time period are displayed.

· Export Values/Time per. 2
All data records for turnover per time period 2 are displayed.
These records are records which were exported by the report Application -> MICROS WFM -> "Time period values to WFM" .
