Remarks on
the program function
The status data for the
grand total and the audit turnover can be displayed with this program. This
data is transferred by the branch with a DTM order "GETDTMSTATE" to head office.
Data can also be called up with
reports "Terminal Grand Total" and "Grand Total Compare".
Note:
When the new statistics method is applied these values are also stored in a
separate table and are also transferred to head office with DTM order "GETDTMSTATE".

Remarks
on data fields
All options available for
update of the basic data have been described
below.
As with nearly all programs
the following also applies here:
- The entry
mask in the application program may differ for this program. Some data fields may be missing
- There may be some defaults or firmly
defined selection options for some data fields. These cannot be updated in
the current program.
- The entry mask contains fields where entry
is optional and fields with enforced entry defined.
- If the data record is updated over several
pages of entry masks, the dialog window is
reached by clicking onto the appropriate button with <Mouse key 1>.
- The same procedure also applies to call-up
of another update program from this program.
- In some cases, you may find so-called
"Switches" which are activated or deactivated by the user with
<Mouse key 1> depending on the setting. Activated switches have a
dark top, deactivated switches are lighter.
Company
Entry range permitted:
numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the no. of the
company for which the online/offline data is to be displayed. If this no. is
not known the data record can be selected via the Search function.
Branch
Entry range permitted:
numeric, 1 - 99999
Enter the no. of the branch
for which the online/offline data is to be displayed. If this no. is not known
the data record can be selected via the Search
function.
Terminal
Entry range permitted:
numeric, 1 - 999999
Enter the no. of the
terminal for which the online/offline data is to be displayed. If this no. is
not known the data record can be selected via the Search function.
Date
Entry range permitted:
DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)
The date of
the selected data record is displayed.
Grand Total
Entry range permitted:
decimal, max. 22 digits with max. 2 decimal places
The overall value of the
grand total counter of this terminal is displayed here. The results do not
include any prefixes, i.e. all recordings are added up positively (see Audit memory date).
Audit memory
Entry range permitted: decimal,
max. 22 digits with max. 2 decimal places
This field shows the
overall audit memory date of this terminal. The results here include prefixes
(see Grand Total).
Grand Total / Date
Entry range permitted:
decimal, max. 22 digits with max. 2 decimal places
The daily result of the
grand total counter of this terminal is displayed. The results do not include
prefixes, i.e. all recordings are added up positively.
Audit memory date / Date
Entry range permitted:
decimal, max. 22 digits with max. 2 decimal places
This field shows the audit
memory date of the day for this terminal, The result includes prefixes.
Sent to HQ
Schalter aktiv:. Status data for grand total result
and audit memory data have been sent to main installation.
Schalter inaktiv: Status data for grand total result and audit memory
data have not been sent to
main installation.
