Remarks on program function
The protocol data for the online/office condition of terminals including thos in the branches can be displayed with this program.
Note:
When the new statistics method is applied these values are also stored in a separate
table and are transferred to head office with DTM order
"GETDTMSTATE". Parameter "Online/Offline Log" must be
activated in program System -> Configuration -> Installation for a protocol of the online and
office conditions of terminals..

Remarks on data fields
All options available for update of the basic data have been described below.
As with nearly all programs the following also applies here:
- The entry mask in the application program may differ for this program. Some data fields may be missing
- There may be some defaults or firmly defined selection options for some data fields. These cannot be updated in the current program.
- The entry mask contains fields where entry is optional and fields with enforced entry defined.
- If the data record is updated over several pages of entry masks, the dialog window is reached by clicking onto the appropriate button with <Mouse key 1>.
- The same procedure also applies to call-up of another update program from this program.
- In some cases, you may find so-called "Switches" which are activated or deactivated by the user with <Mouse key 1> depending on the setting. Activated switches have a dark top, deactivated switches are lighter.
Company
Entry range permitted: numerisch, 1 - 9999
Enter the no. of the company for which the online/office status of terminals is to be displayed. If this no. is not known the data record can be selected via the Search function.
Branch
Entry range permitted: numerisch, 1 - 99999
Enter the no. of the branch for which the online/office status of terminals is to be displayed. If this no. is not known the data record can be selected via the Search function
Terminal
Entry range permitted: numerisch, 1 - 999999
Enter the no. of the terminal for which the online/office status of terminals is to be displayed. If this no. is not known the data record can be selected via the Search function
Date
Entry range permitted: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)
The date of the protocol data for the terminal is displayed here. This data record is an online or offline condition of the terminal depending on the search option and the status.
Time
Entry range permitted: HHMMSS (hour, minute, seconds)
The time for the protocol data of the terminal is shown in thsi field. This data record is an online or offline condition of the terminal depending on the search option and the status. .
Search status
Field with firmly defined selection options
The status for online or offline conditions of terminals can be selected in this field to ease the search. If the status for all is selected all data records are shown after key F4 has been depressed:

Only terminals with status online are listed.

Offline
Only terminals with status offline are listed.
