Tasting / give-aways / vouchers (beverage)

Tastingen, give-aways and vouchers are recorded as follows in the beverage supermarket via the <VVW> key:

1. Depress key <VVW>
2. Record the item
3. Depress key <ST>- and the <VVW> key.
4. Then select the finance type for the appropriate tasting or give-away type from the dialog
5. Confirm the option with key <ST>
6. Confirm the subsequent safety query "Are you sure?" with key <ST> to finalise the operation
7. Use key <C> to discontinue the recording.

Note:

Finance types "Tast/Give/Vou" and the matching options must be programmed in the system if tasting, give-away and vouchers are to be recorded. When tasting / give-aways / vouchers are recorded the appropriat finance type will be marked from 1 to 7 in the receipt transactions.

In the examples below you will be able to follow the recording of tasting, give-awys and vouchers in a beverages supermarket with the options "Tast/Give/Vou"

• Type 1 = Give-aways without deposit charging
