Day End: Reporting/Operator Account

The reports to be carried out within the operator report can be completed at both the

• Administration terminal
• and the POS terminal.

Operator Reports at the Administration Terminal

Menu: Booking Money Statistics

This menu can be entered via Operator -> Report. Among others, there are four reports offered for selection.

1. Waiter report
• This report allows you to carry out a waiter account for one or more waiter(s)
• When this report is closed, the old account period is closed, a new one is opened, and the account no. will be increased by “1”.
2. Waiter report (single)
• Carry out this report if only the waiter who is signed on at the terminal is to be finalised.
• With closing this report, the old account period is closed, a new one is opened, and the account no. will be increased by “1”.
3. Old report periods Operator / Date
• Via this report, you receive a printout of old report periods selected by dates
4. Old report periods Operator /Report Period
• This report prints out all reported periods sorted by account numbers.

Operator Reports at the POS Terminal

• The waiter short report (REPORT 4 ) displays the turnover of the booking day.
• The waiter short report (REPORT 3) displays the turnover of the calendar day.

Chain Report

Reports can be grouped in a report chain. The execution of the reports will then be automated. The Chain Report Update can be entered via Parameter -> Misc. Param.

The report chain must contain the Waiter report if a new book period is to be opened for the operators.

In the sub-window Parameter you define the time frame for the report selected in the main window.

MinusInterval / Field Value:

• 0 = Current Day (System Date)
• 1 = Previous Day (System Date -1)
• 2 = Booking Date
• 3 = Booking Date Previous Day (Booking Date-1).
