Lay aside/retrieve receipt

Laying a receipt aside requires the installation of the key RECLS via System -> Configuration -> Keyboard -> Keys.

The receipt lay-aside has to be carried out as follows:

• Within the receipt itemizing, press the key Laid away/retrieve receipt (RECLS). The receipt will be laid aside.
• Now you can carry out a new receipt itemization.
• In order to retrieve the laid aside receipt, press the key Laid away/retrieve receipt (RECLS) once again.
  This must not happen within a receipt; the previous receipt must be closed first.
• Since the MICROS Retail OSCAR POS application allows for lay away of several receipts at once, a list of all laid away receipts will be displayed. Select the receipt you would like to retrieve. You will recognize it by its receipt foot data (date, time etc.). The selection can be carried out via the keys (PREV/NEXT).
• Confirm via ST. Now you have retrieved the receipt.
• Continue the receipt itemizing as usual by
• carrying out further booking transactions
• or closing the  receipt via ST and the Payment Type key
• (or laying away the receipt once again).
