You can activate a different sales screen as follows:
- Changing the sales screen for the whole system.
- Go to System -> User Interface -> Applications.
- Select the option ECR Application in the field Appl. Name.
- Enter the name of the current sales screen in the
field Frame name. This must be Sales for the standard touch screen.
- Activate the search function.
- After the system has displayed the found data
record, change the Frame name to the name of the required screen, e.g.
"SalesSB" for the supermarket screen.
- Save your entries and close the window.
- End the application and start MICROS Retail OSCAR POS again.

- Enter the required name in the field Program Name, e.g. KasseSB for the supermarket
screen.
- Save your entries and close the window.
- End the application.
- Enter the command oscar stop in the Linux window.
- After this has been confirmed by the system via
"stopping oscar",
enter the command oscar.
If
the mouse pointer is not to be visible on the sales screen, you have to carry
out the following steps:
- Go to System -> User Interface -> Forms.
- Enter the frame name of the required sales screen
in the field Name (e.g. SalesSB).
- Activate the search function.
- If there are two or more entries in the list,
select the frame in the required language.
- Activate the option No Cursor.
- Save your entries.
- Changes in the window Forms will apply immediately if the edited window was not
active during editing. If it had been opened, it has to be closed first
and opened once again.
