Warranty Coupon

Under the following conditions, you receive a warranty coupon. Further information, particularly the field descriptions, can be found in the corresponding program descriptions.

Note:

• If you book an item for which a warranty text has been configured, the receipt will be printed first, and then the warranty coupon with the warranty text will be printed automatically.

1. Program Item
• Enter the program Item.
• Select the item for which you would like to configure a warranty text.
• Enter the sub-window Chaining
• Move the cursor to the field Warranty Text and start the search function.
• If the searched text exists, select it and save. The warranty text is now assigned. The procedure is complete.
• If the text does not exist, click on the button to the right of the field Warranty Text. By this, you change to window Text Groups.
2. Program Text Groups
• Select the type Warranty Text.
• Enter a free number between 2000 and 2999 in the field Text Group.
• Enter the name of the text group.
• Go to sub-window Text.
3. Program Text
• Enter the text to be printed as the warranty text. Each position is one print line on the receipt.
• Close the sub-window Text.
4. Program Text Groups
• Save your entries in the window Text Groups.
5. Program Item
• Save your entries in the window Item.
