Using the summary view

Use the summary view to perform the same action, such as locking, freezing, source verifying, or deleting, on several different form instances at the same time.

1. In the summary view, click the button for the action to perform.

   If the action does not appear in the row of command buttons, find it in the Select Action list and click Apply. The summary view reappears with a column of checkboxes along the left side.

2. Select the checkbox next to the form instance or instances on which to perform the action that you selected in step 1.
3. Click the action button (for example, Mark SV Ready).
