Combining filters

Combine two or more filters to create a complex filter. For example, you can filter the columns Site Name, Visit Name, and Actual Date in a report.

1. From the Edit Data menu, select Combine Filters.
2. To add a filter, click Add a filter line.
3. To select a set of filters, click the name of the filter while holding down Ctrl or Shift.
4. Click Group.
5. Click the operator that appears between the filters and select AND or OR to combine them.
6. To convert a filter line or a combined filter into a NOT filter, click the filter line or combined filter and click Apply NOT.
7. Click OK.
