Reissuing a query

If a response to a query does not resolve the issue (the answer is unacceptable), you can reissue the query.

1. Navigate to the Queries page for the item.
2. Select Reissue as Open or Reissue as Candidate.
3. In the Reason for change field, enter the reason for reissuing the query.
   • From the Action drop-down list, select the appropriate text.

     or

   • Select Other, and type the reason in the text box.
4. Click Submit.
