Summary Data pane—Record Listing View

The Summary Data pane provides a counting summary of the states for the available form instances filtered with criteria set for the current view.

• The states are the same states that are viewable in the Summary View.
• Each individual state shows the count of forms with that state.
• States are grouped into categories for presentation.
• Each state within the Summary Data pane is clickable.

Note: This pane provides a way to filter the data in the Form Data Table with a single-click. For example, clicking on a state adds that state to the current filtering criteria, which provides the same result as picking that state in the Filters pane, and applies the selection across pages.
