Closing a set of opened queries

  1. In the navigation toolbar, click Queries.

    The Query Listing page appears. If necessary, filter the list of queries by selecting a particular subject, query status, or query issuer from the drop-down lists at the top of the page.

  2. In the Query Status drop-down list, select Opened.
  3. Click Action View.

    A checkbox appears to the left of each query and the Action and Reason fields appear at the bottom of the page.

  4. Select the checkboxes to the left of the queries with which you want to work.

    Note: To select all queries at one time, select the Select all checkboxes icon (SV selection icon. Click to select all queries at one time. ) at the top of the page.

  5. In the Action drop-down list, select the action to perform.

    Your rights determine which actions appear in the drop-down list.

  6. In the Reason for change field, enter the reason for closing the queries.
  7. Click Submit.
