Considerations for selecting critical forms

Sponsors can assign a set of forms to the Critical Forms list for a site.

The Critical Forms list needs to take into account forms that could be present in earlier study versions that may no longer be present in the current study version. For any forms that fall under this description, any with data entered for any subject in the study need to be maintained in the Critical Forms list throughout the life of the study. This allows the sponsor to select from all forms that could have been selected in the past as Critical Forms even if they are no longer present in the latest study version.
